Many people wish to have a beautiful
smile, a clean and fresh mouth and teeth that chew well without
pain and are easy to keep clean but are unable to tolerate dentistry
whilst awake.
Dr.
Osborne and his staff feel very strongly that dental phobics should
be gentle when judging their condition. Most people develop fear
of dentistry from extra-ordinary events when they were children.
These events cause emotional scars that last a lifetime and
present enormous difficulties whenever dental treatment is necessary
or even contemplated.
Dr.
Osborne has over 25 years experience with dental treatment under
general anaesthesia. All treatments may be undertaken whilst patients
are asleep with no restriction except in some cases of root canal
therapy.

Usually
our patients are treated in The Bays Hospital, Mornington in the
morning and return home mid afternoon. If patients have private
hospital insurance the hospital accomodation and theatre fees are
bulk billed.
Patients
that feel embarrassed by their need for this easy form of dentistry
should be encouraged by the knowledge that each year our Surgery
treats more and more patients this way.
Please
phone one of our staff on (03) 5975 5120 or (03) 5975 5944 to ask
about details of this convenient way to restore your mouth to optimum
health.
